Αναλυτικά η "στιχομυθία" μας μέσω email:geekbuying: Dear customer, Thanks for your order from Geekbuying. we are glad to tell you that your package has been delivered to the shipping company . but we are so sorry to inform you that your area is a remote area, so the shipping company ask you to pay the remote fee,You need to pay the remote fee of 30 euros at least. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, looking forward to your early reply. me: You must be kidding me, right? I live in ***** and you are telling me that I need to pay an extra fee because I live in a remote area? I cannot consider this anything other than a joke! Can you at least provide me with a tracking number in order to get in touch with the shipping company?geekbuing: Dear *****, Sorry for that. As long as the delivery address is in your country Greece, a remote fee is required, please understand.Apologized.me: This is UNACCEPTABLE! After fifteen years of online purchases and literally thousand of orders, from China, Europe and Greeece, this is the first time I have to pay an extra shipping fee AFTER the purchase! You should have informed me that my location is considered "remote" at the time of ordering, before paying and completing the purchase, or AT VERY LEAST prior to shipping the order! After all, we are talking about a whole country that you consider "remote", not a specific location/zip code.geekbuying: Dear ******, Sorry for the inconvenience. How about 20 euros remote fee, we will bear the rest of it?me: More than two weeks since your first email about the extra fee, the exact same listing for the item I ordered is still up on your website: You are still promising “Free Shipping to Greece via Priority Line”.After that many days it cannot be an honest mistake, you are deceiving your customers by choice!geekbuying: Dear *****, Sorry for that. We've sent a payment email to you, please check it and complete the payment of 20 euros. After we received your payment, we'll ship your order soon, please rest at ease. Kindly please inform us after you finish the payment, so we can arrange your order soon.
